I think maybe if they had released both siege and patriots then Ubisoft would have the opportunity to please more of the rainbow six playerbase, because siege is a fast paced, action game and patriots with the tactical, single player strategy you find in most classic rainbow six games. i would have been perfectly happy with rainbow six patriots and a different game series just called Siege (which isnt too far off since they have a series called just "for honor", Exactly Siege couldve been its own IP but i guess in Ubisofts mind anything with Rainbow Six in the title fans will come but realize its a hollow shell of what Rainbow Six was meant to be.
